Wi-fi & Hotspot not working

Hello, So the problem I got is that, for 3 days now, my wi-fi and hotspot won't turn on, the wi-fi mac address isn't there anymore, I've tried turning wi-fi on in Safe mode and did nothing, I've tried to reset the network setting, and did nothing, at first it would turn on and connect for a bit then disconnect, and keep doing that for a random time, Now it won't turn on at all, my MIUI version is 14.0.4 and I have a MI 11 ultra.

Any help would be nice, Thank you.

It happens to me sometimes and only thing works for me would be formatting data from twrp and reflashing the current ROM. Better take backup and move it to PC or other phone to avoid loss of data after formatting. If its hardware issue it won't work but worth a try. Because for me its software level issue.

Hey Gabi,

Have you found any solution for this? Seems that I have the same issue on Mi 11 Pro. After updating to Hyper OS, wifi and portable hotspot are not working, same error as in your printscreen.

If I reboot, it works for a while and then it's not working. What I noticed is that after reboot, I can see Wifi MAC address in Settings, but when it's not working, it says "Not available" at device Wi-Fi MAC address

Hi,

No I haven't found anything else, I've factory reset the phone and still nothing. Do you have the screen broken? maybe the broken screen is touching the motherboard and it creates a short-circuit, I've just bought the 14 ultra now and hope I don't have the same problem, but you can try to search for a motherboard and change it, could work maybe.
