I am sorry for what happened to your device. I hardly doubt that this bootloop is caused by a software issue. My device was bootlooping once because the power button was stuck or something. I didn't think this would be the case because it appeared out of nowhere and I didn't drop it or splashed...

So it doesn't boot in safe mode? It may be due to power button getting stuck. You can give it a try if you haven't. Try lifting the motherboard
