i played a lot of time with these settings and this is my opinion: power safe mode max frequency is 918 not 1242...check core frequency with System Monitor that is more reliable and have floating windows in the pro version...there is a lot of apps that read wrong values...as proof of the run...

even splitting the langpack, the system partition don't change its size...same problem of mi1 series: no space no multilanguage EDIT: ingbrzy in the ML version there is several stuffs that in the standalone italian pack are correctly translated, for example the LED settings or the Simple clock...

reading your sign you have an unofficial rom cause gnex don't have atm an official rom but only a porting...i'm not surprised about this sort of problems...
