I find this bug on Mi4c when i download a new theme

I wanted to report a bug on Mi4c. The screen of the themes does not refresh but always remains the same, and this happens already from last week with the 6.10.13. I am attaching the screen.

Confirm, isn't a problem of this Rom, but a problem of whatsapp server.

Unfortunately this week there is a serious bug. You can't send or receive pictures and videos on whatsapp. My smartphone is MI4C.
