I know Mi Globe. It is based on Multirom.me and there no differences. Just the "Modding Tools" are special. And now not certified Roms are not allowed by google anymore.

I tried it but I dont like it at all. Not certified and my languange is not supported. The xiaomi.eu Roms are better.

You have to type "fastboot reboot" and then press immediately "Volume Up" and wait until TWRP boot up.
