    I did all of those things with, but it didn't help at all. :( After about 15 mins with the screen off, the notification arrive with a lot of delay.

    I tried Wsm tools with allarmfix module (added to whitelist ), but still I got a delay of notification(from 5 to 30 min)!!!!!!! This thing is gonna drive me crazy!!!!! :eek::(:eek::(:eek::(

    Did you set all permissions of whatsapp, viber etc...in settings? IF YES, I had the same problem..... and that app solved it.
