Make sure you have a Dev rom installed, it won't work with Stable roms.

Btw, what's the real "supposed" recovery screen? The Fastboot image of the android and the mi mascot or the black and white screen with a phone and a usb cable?

How do you ask for the code to unlock?

Do we need to apply for that somewhere, or every activated mi account with a note 3 linked to it will get it?
