Can't install Netflix on my new Redmi Pad Global bought from China on Ebay

Just wondering if anyone can help me with this please? Also, some apps are installed but I can't find them to place them on the 'desktop'. For example Telegram - to run the app, I have to search for it on Google Play and then click open.
