Hi, I have 10.3.3.0 global rom with redmi note 7 and no update available but I know there is more recent rom. How can I install newer rom? I saw before install file from memory but this option is missing and when I download rom file from here I doth know how to install it. Thanks for help

If I use twrp will it delete my datas? And I've got message telling my phone is encrypted and I can bypass android password with reset in twrp but at that moment will it delete my datas? TThanks
