Screen Blacks Out When Anything Happens

When I start my phone up its all normal till I try to open something, then the screen just goes black.

Sounds like a hardware fault to me.

Could you post your about phone screen if you manage to get into it that is.

Could you try a full system restore by installing the original ROM using fastboot and the file wipe all?
