My Mi 8 restarts when using an external hard drive. Using otg with a regular usb stick or a mouse works just fine. This started on miui 11 android q(haven't tested on miui 11 pie). Works just fine on miui 10.

MIUI 10 9.2.21. This also happened on 9.2.15 which sometimes, play store won't download even though data is enabled. I can't use reverse tethering since it always says waiting for network.

As the title says, coming from 9.2.15, the latest update MIUI 10 9.2.21 Play Store and Messaging keeps crashing and the settings has this weird name "This setting is restricted". Also, from System apps settings, what seems to be Security displays its module(?) name instead.
