Restore stock firmware and lost IMEI/Baseband by SPFlash tool

My phone could't booting after instal WSM tool. Only Xiomi logo showed after turn on the phone. I follow your instruction step by step, but there is nothing happened. There is no progress on SP tool. Sim card inserted or not when use SP tool. please help me. Thank you please help me.
