New 4.8.8 MIUI MI3 WCDMA bug in time zone

I have the same problem in 4.9.12 version, thr bug still there.

When the timezone bug is gonna be fixed? I have tried everything and always after a reboot the time zone changes to gmt+2 european summer time and the alarms gets wrong
