Annoying Bug On 5.9.24_v7-5.0

I use 5.9.24_v7-5.0 and found everytime I restart the phone, the name of sim card 1 is keep coming back to SIM 1, so after restart.. I have to set it again and again .. :( has anyone notice about this ?
