I am quite the opposite. I don't want free ram because I want to multi-task. Problem is, MIUI keeps killing my apps to free up ram. Hell, it even kills it's own launcher for God's sakes. Why do you want to free up ram anyway? Free ram is wasted ram IMO. Sent from my Mi-4c using Tapatalk

Lol no. Xiaomi.eu team builds the roms based on the official dev/stable release. They do not actually develop MIUI themselves. Why don't you go to the official english MIUI forum and find out yourself?

Same with mine. It was the same thing as the prev. dev rom. When checking the running apps, its just blank. You need to go to another page like the cached or downloaded page then go back to running apps page for the running apps to appear

No you need to factory reset via twrp otherwise you'll get tons of errors once rom boots

Only 3g and 4g. No matter where I go even places where I know that reception is poor, phone still reports that I have full signal. Last time that this happened was on the February dev rom (sorry forgot the rom build date)

Doesn't matter what network. Signal bars are always full on latest stable. Restored my 7.2.1 back up and immediately got 1 bar of signal which is usually the case when I'm home
