Flash over the 9.1.17 via TWRP. Everything looks good but I am experiencing intermittent WiFi issue. Even when WiFi is connected and YouTube, Brave browser etc are working, my bank apps won't work till I change back to mobile data. No issues with Bluetooth

Hello I have Mi Max hydrogen with weekly rom not rooted. I see there is Mi Remote app that I do not use and can not disable it either. in the permission when I block it to access say camera or contacts it always go back to allow. any idea? thanks
