@Evgeny16 The Android firmware itself is set to English, but that menu I get to when I power on holding the VOL+-Key is Chinese only. But I think I know what you mean, at least I get both SIM cards inside the "Tools" Folder, two different "Apps" called "SIM Toolkit".
