have you tried to download spareparts+ (one with the blue gears) from market? it allows you to disable all animations and other little settings

It Works! doesnt give me download mode, says bootloader. But it gives me options now and skip track works as intended :)

seems like the reboot option is not 4 way, i still get the menu with reboot and power off air plane mode , but reboot doesn't show the extra menu of recovery hot boot normal boot. I didnt know where to put this but i out it here since it was incorporated into your mod. EDIT: maybe too much to...
