    Just try download latest A14 Twrp https://sourceforge.net/projects/recovery-for-xiaomi-devices/files/thor/twrp-3.7.0_12-v8.3_A14-thor-skkk.img/download , install it then flash rom with wipe data. It will be the same.

    Yes, you can install A13 with A14 TWRP, but can't A14 with A13 TWRP

    The same here on Xiaomi 13 ultra, TWRP A14, the problem in drivers, just connect usb mouse to mobile and it's work fone in TWRP, and update ROM and wait for TWRP update

    The same here, updated TWRP to lastest 8.3 A14 by skkk, to install HyperOS, but touchscreen doesn't work. In A13 version all was fine. I read in xda forum, the problem in drivers in vendor erc. Try to update ROM in fastboot method and try again

    Last version of TWRP for Xiaomi 13 ultra, after update A13 to A14 and reboot from recovery to recover, the screen hung up in first screen with pin input. It's a recovery bug?

    No, you can install A14 TWRP on Miui 14, TWRP doesn't depending from OS. You can not flash A14 with A13 TWRP.
