SMS issue on Mi 9T Pro on Beta 20.3.5

Hello. For some reason some of my messages are not sent. I have tried both Xiaomi app and Google messages. Has anyone experienced this? Also, I receive some messages ~10 minutes after they are sent some not at all. It worked well until I dirty updated the previous version of the ROM, after that...
