    I use 3rd party launcher too. You don't have to use default launcher. But Recents screen won't work properly without updating it.

    Me neither but long touch menu in Recents is a critical functionality for me because without it locking/unlocking apps is not possible.

    In Recents screen long press to show options doesn't work with 3rd party launchers. Does anyone else have this problem? Mi 9 Lite UPDATE: Solved by installing ALPHA system launcher.

    Mi 9 Lite: Terrible battery drain when screen is on regardless of apps running. Its going like 1% per 5 minutes.

    There is some problem with recents. I can't switch to certain recents (i.e. Settings app) if I switch out of them. Apps are still being held in the state I left them - if I launch them via launcher. Mi 9 Lite

    Mi 9 Lite System became unresponsive twice when using Telegram. Had to reboot and didn't get logcat. Rolled back to 21.7.28.

    You create a profile in Tasker that on event of "device boot" executes a task with an action "Custom setting" that changes a Global setting force_fsg_nav_bar to value of 1. Be aware that tasker is a paid app. And I do not intend to promote it. There are alternatives that do similar things but...

    It is still possible to hide nav buttons when using 3rd party launcher. The setting is still there even if it is hidden from Settings app. You can use adb to change it: adb shell settings put global force_fsg_nav_bar 1 Or else you can edit it with any app that does global table settings...

    Invalid Notification category priority setting missing in weekly ROM

    UPD: Some guy on Reddit helped me with a workaround. The categories' priority settings are still there even though there is no interface to change them. This is clearly a BUG. So you can find an app that can change category settings. I used AutoNotification to change mine.

    One of the features of the ROM is 'Notifications priority settings' But there is no way to modify notification priority for notification categories. IIRC there was a way to modify this in official miui 12. And I don't understand why this was cut from the ROM. If anyone has a workaround to...
