i am using mi 10 ultra with eu miui V13.0.1.0 and not facing any such issues. may be your country have some bands that are not supported in eu rom. its strange because eu rom is based on china rom and devs don't modify the rom basics. may be @Igor Eisberg and @ingbrzy can better guide you

rightly mentioned. even in gesture mode bottom bar can be removed by checking Hide Full Screen Indicator

settings>>homescreen>>system navigation>>bottons. remember by doing this, navigation gestures no more work, you have to navigate using classic back and home keys. while being in gesture mode you cannot remove the bottom bar you pointed out.

"cas" is the code name for mi 10 ultra. In the list of stable roms cas is not included but don't worry because once you open the miui 12.5 link, mi 10 ultra stable roms are available there to download. List provided by 'crok.bic' is for weekly roms not stable roms.
