Would it be possible to combine Aokp/Cm10.1 with the Miui "Overlay"? Would love to see both combined.. I had this type of Rom with my galaxy s2 and loved it!

Hello, I recently updated to miui v5 and since then my buzzer app "AlarmDroid" stopped working! I really need it to wake me up. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
