I can't seem to find the leo release this week in the downloads sections

I'm using the latest miui 7 on leo and when opening the theme app this is what I see There is no customize option which I do desperately need. Please help.

When clicking the power button with screen off it takes almost 1.5 seconds to actually unlock the screen, I know it sounds stupid but I compared it to my sisters MI NOTE and her phone takes about 3 times less to unlock

Am using the latest miui 7 rom in which I can change the screen resolution to 720p but when I do so the font screen looks like this, I can't even see the font picker slider

I'm using Hebrew on my MIUI (7) phone and when I'm in a call the dialer/numbers option button and the "more" button are overlaying each other so I can't open click the numbers button to interact with calls. I'm running 5.8.27 Here is a screenshot:
