Battery acting weard

I have strange problem with battery. I charge phone over night, and ever time after unplug battery drop 6-9% after few minutes.
Anybody know why is it happening?

I use latest beta rom.

I Have the same issue and the battery consumption is orrible: 4sot on the last beta.
