Keep rebooting after update from 13.0.2 to 13.0.4

Hi, I just update from 13.0.2 stable to 13.0.4 stable via twrp install.
After about 1-2 minuts from rebooting (i.e. the smartphone is useble), the touch stops working, the physical keys do nothing and the smartphone reboot itself.
I tried several times to reinstall the img (this) from both twrp and fastboot and to clean Dalvik cache from twrp, but nothing.
I need help, what can I do? I don't want to format the data, can I maybe return to previously version of miui?

The only clue I have is that when I install the rom this warning comes out "unable to mount /system_root invalid argument", but everything else is ok

Now it's working normally.
I installed magisk by opening the app and having it do the new installation, but trying to install it via twrp (changing the extension from apk to zip) now it seems there is no longer the problem I was talking about.
