My MIX 3 Glass is broken, totally dark, how to get the files from the phone?

The phone was working, receiving calls by bluetooth headset possible.

Connected to PC by USB, not possible to select 'data transfer mode' on the phone.

Asked Xiaoai to casting the screen, not succuss.

Connected Type C to HDMI, no sucess.

USB debug was off.

Anyone can help?

After connecting the phone to PC, go to “This PC/My Computer”.
You can now access the folders and files stored within the phone internal memory.
Now copy and paste the data from the broken screen phone to Windows computer.
This method will help you to copy data like photos, videos, music, documents.

If you want to recover messages, contacts, call logs, 3rd-party broken Android data recovery is necessary.

If you you had TWRP installed, you boot it and you might be able to bring back your data to your computer in mtp.

buy a cheap LCD screen replacement 50usd. This is the easy way
screen can be replace from top , u dont need to open from the back.

hard remove your old screen, put the new one
DONE.
