I am facing with a very weird issue. The screen of the phone can no be unlocked. If I wait until time out or press power button, the phone goes to sleep mode but when I try to awake it, it doesnt turn the screen on. I can hear notifications and if I turn music on, it plays even after the screen goes off. I have tried factory reset and turn safe mode, nothing helps. I have used the phone as a spare, so the vast majority of time it was in the drawing not in used. I am not sure what could happen. Maybe, somebody has same issue and could direct me on the right path.
