Xiaomi mesh ax3000 login page to wifi connection

I've just installed 2pcs Xiaomi ax3000 mesh system but there are several important issues with wifi.
A) wifi very slow (25 Mbps of 300 Mbps provided)
B) when any wifi device to be connected there is a router login screen that cannot log (bc router set) and wifi not connecting due to this (I am not able to set connection of TV and other wifi gadgets) so as wifi disconnecting and does not connect automatically when in reach of wifi

Changing Encryption or WiFi5 Compatibility does not affect this behaviour.
