WALLPAPER BUG

I try to save an image from my local photos as wallpaper unfortunately there is ABSOLUTELY NO possibility to add a photo as wallpaper neither in the image menus, nor in the settings/wallpaper the only option are these online images pleas fix it with the next update!!! I want MY PHOTOS as...
