Google wallet, play store and revolut


I'm currently running magiskAlpha-based root, and the time has come to switch to kernel-based root via SukiSu.
Primarily to regain use of google wallet.

As I don't have an "init.boot.img" file, is the method of selecting "boot.img" file to be modded within SukiSU correct?
I've got a patched SukiSU boot.img but when installed without completing the AnyKernel3 steps, it bootloops (As expected).
I've tried to use AnyKernel3 from within SukiSU Ultra but it fails to complete.

My current kernel is 15.5.10.226 based and I've not seen any kernels based on that for download.
So, am I correct in thinking that I need to extract my kernel from "boot.img" and then use AnyKernel3 to modify my existing kernel?

No, I have a Poco F5, and my kernel version is actually 12.5.10.226.
I have SukiSU running and modules installed now.
My Google Pay works as does most of my banking apps.
Revolut is showing up as rooted but, I'll spend a little bit of time on that tmrw.

Right, I've spent some more time at this today but, Revolut still has me stumped.
It still detects Root.

I know it's very likely something glaringly obvious that I'm overlooking/missing.
Any steer on what I need to do would be very appreciated.
 
unistall revolut, reboot, replace kernelsu with kernelsu Next,
remove stevenblock, reboot, replace zygiskNext with rezygisk, reboot, open play integrity fix inject, press advanced, check all except first and last, reboot, install revolut, start tricky store, select revolut and other add valid, "blue save", add patch, "blue save", reboot, start yuri keybox,reboot, start revolut
Now must work.
If not work, remove all plugins from kernel manager,
flash orginal boot.img
reboot
unistall root manager, install kernelsu next root manager
copy orginal boot.img to mob, patch orginal boot.img, copy patched image to pc
go to fastboot
fastboot boot patched image (i dont know name)
start direct install (read my tutorial)
reboot
install plugins in order, first rezygisk, reboot, then other

You mentioned removing stevenblock (I have done so) but can I ask, what root ad block would you use instead then?

i just need device integrity so my authy app can work, all my 2FA are in there

what i have done

disabled eu.xiaomi.module.inject
installed magisk
installed playintegrityFix-NEXT v3.0 by chiteroman
installed rezygisk
insatalled trickystore
installed trickystore addon

done all the steps in Trickystore

still basic intergity and playstore still shows

"device is not certified "

Xiaomi 11 Ultra running HyperOS 2.0 Xiaomi eu rom

I dont know. Somentimes badly written module crack invinsibility of root. I make tutorial with exactly modules i use. I dont care for other modules.

I cannot login into google play games, keeps asking me to update when its updated then tell me " google play services is not working well"

Then on my bank app

" Google play services needs to access sms ", i goto into setting to give it permission but no permission option for sms

I check autofill with sms

Yet the same thing

I think this might be a privacy settings issue.
Check the access in settings>privacy>permission manager

I have checked it , i can only find android auto , and google playstore there

Nothing about play services

I am about to wipe and reflash the rom again to see if it would be fixed

If you are using the modules above with magisk

Can you try to install play games and see if your play services has any issues

Or do your play services work well ?

When you are in the sms permissions section, of the privacy permissions manager, click the 3 dots on top right and "show system".
I don't use Magisk, this thread is about using sukiSU, KernelSU instead of Magisk.

i use a Xiaomi 11 Ultra on hyper0s 2.0 eu custom rom, there is no 3 dots to click so i cannot see system, do you advise i use Ksu instead of magisk, since i am flashing again, plus do you have an issues with your google play services ?

edit: seen it for sms

but it still does not solve the play game error i get

play games asks me to update play services , when its already updatd

Weird, I am on EU custom hyperOS 2.0 and I have the show system option. Examples attached.

My phone works perfectly, the issue I had is described earlier in the this thread and was resolved thanks to help from the OP.
I have no issues with play services.
As for whether you should change from Magisk?
I changed away from MagiskAlpha to regain Google pay function whilst retaining root access for other modules I use.
You need to decide what you want from root and whether you want to switch to KSU kernel based root.

This is not related to root, magisk or kernel su. Maybe you installed some strange modules. this is you setting of privacy
For adblocking use private dns with setting for adblock or nextDNS (much more complicated and easily to block everything)

why you dont follow exactly steps in my tutorials.
Install update firmware and follow steps

yes, i just saw the sms issue and added it, though it still did not help, but i am flashing the rom again

did you try the play games?

anyways i would update you once i am done flashing

can you also direct me to the issue you were havving previously that was solved

I tried some other modules before i stumbled on your posts, i removed them from magisk before trying your tutorial which worked

but maybe something happened

I am flashing my rom again, and then will follow your steps and let you know if its good

One final question

Should i disable

Eu.module.inject file that comes with my rom natively in the app section?
