I am using a Xiaomi 12X. It worked perfectly well, Internetradio and thethering. Now 15 min. max and it all stops.

You're not the only one facing this issue, there are some people who are using Mi 10 Series (For the Mi 10 Series phones it has always been an issue because of the Snapdragon 865 Chip) , Mi 11 Series and some 12 Series who have this issue. Somehow currently it's only occurring on older devices.
