Me neither. Protip: if you are going to install a custom ROM and planning to root, do it with Magisk. Once installed, you can open the app and install an adblocker plugin for your entire phone. Does help a bit for some apps.

Someone proposed the app "Force Doze" to me and it seems to help a lot without loss of functions anywhere. Does need root access though.

Will be a close one. Can't you go to a store and test it out? Most shops (like the Media Markt) let you do test them, especially if you ask nicely. Just pick two 80 Ohm pairs (just to be sure) and listen.

Sounds like a hardware issue, so complains should be adressed to the official Xiaomi sites. Try en.miui.com . Also, although your problem could be frequent, still the large majority of Redmi phones don't have this problem. I know 4 people with them and they never had any, nor I heart anyone on...

Do you happen to have logged in on another browser elsewhere (like your PC)? For instance, in Firefox you can see all logins in the options menu.

You can indeed dirty flash the new version. The safest way is to flash the latest MIUI 8 beta ROM (from xiaomi.eu), followed by the first MIUI 9 and lastly the latest MIUI 9. This because those versions are tested for the transition.
