Thanks, but not working: numebers, changing language to English (with re-boot), tapping on kernel version (I see only message about engineering mode start and thats all). ROM: 7.10.19. Someone above mentioned that maybe there is no engineering mode in this ROM.

Thanks, but no. I've got already oppened developer options. But I need an engineer mode to change settings: Volume levels in particular. Digital speaker at minimum is still loud for me.
