Hi there, This is a serious issue on I9100 devices. Developers at Xiaomi are looking into it. Till this issue is resolved, it is not wise to use Miui Rom on your SGS2 if you want it for daily use.

Which device do you use? Kernels are device specific. I'm using the latest Jeboo kernel on my Samsung Galaxy S2.

Use Jeboo kernel. It is almost as good as stock.

Looks like this week's rom is based on Sammy Stock rom. The size of this week's file is 271mb while last week's unofficial one was 185mb.

Hey guys, I'm facing erratic proximity sensor behaviour in the latest 2.8.31 rom. When i wake my phone using home button, the proximity sensor kicks in for 3 to 5 seconds. When i hocer my hand near the sensor, the screen switches off and comes back when i move it away. Anyone facing this issue?

I had the problem with all versions of Siyah Kernel from 3.1beta. I just flashed the stock miui rom for sgs2, extracted the english apps from miuiandroid rom and replaced them in my phone. The phone seems stable without any reboots till now. I'll update, if there is any reboots.

My SGS2 randomly reboots quite often. The reboots majorly occur while i'm on a call or listening to music on phone. Any fix or solution for the random reboots issue as it is quite annoying.
