Good update, but in default theme, there is still glitchy icon animation (like the icon bouncing, and move) after closing default app like : galery,settings,messaging and calls, hopefullye it fixed on next release but overall xiaomi eu always be my best rom iam on Redmi Note 5 Al

If you want to fix ringtone problem, try to take settings.apk from 8.2.1, and place it on 8.3.1. i've try on redmi 4 pro, it fixed

Redmi 4 Pro, when trying to change ringtone, it redirected to theme, try to clean install, problem still there
