Okey, i didn't realize you are new to these things. Short answer: right click on the "flash-TWRP.bat", click on Run as administrator. (before all this, make sure you have your phone connected to the PC) Long answer, see the guide here: http://en.miui.com/thread-249552-1-1.html

That's because the twrp.img is in the adb file. just run the "Flash-TWRP.bat" if you don't understand the commands. PS: fastboot flash recovery twrp.img is to flash it forever; but you can also flash ti to use it one time, and keep the original one with: "fastboot boot twrp.img"

Although Redmi 2 is an old phone and I thought that it has the bootloader unlocked...guess what: command: fastboot oem device-info

So far I did all the fastboot commands by hand and I find out 2 commands give errors: flashing partition gpt_both0.bin and sec sec.dat The rest...flash system,boot,etc.....all give OKAY and after reboot, TWRP still says there's no OS installed. Such a pitty no one figure it out how to fix...

From that I understand...EOL means you will still get updates, but not weekly! Only the stable versions. I guess you'll just have to wait and see...

Hey guys, Today my phone was acting super weird so I restarted it. Now is stuck in the MI logo loading screen. I managed to boot TWRP and got the same errors like you when trying to flash the same ROM again (xiaomi.eu_multi_HM2XTDPro_V8.2.1.0.LHJCNDL_v8-5.1). Any ideas how to fix it? PS: i...
