How to flash new betas with fastboot ? I am on stable build and something wrong with my PC I can't transfer files through cables, so I can't copy the rom in TWRP after formating data but flashing in fastboot working without problems

Mi 11 MIUI 13.0.8 stable, gpu max clock speed is 608MHz reported by smartpack kernel manager and if I apply any higher clock it resets back to 608, but no problem setting lower clock..real performance seems to be slightly lower than default 840MHz but I would like to set it 778 anyways, anyone...
