try it before but after screen dark and I realease the power button , tablet turn on again automaticly!

Hi I got today my tablet it come with problem! when first time I turn on tablet screen turn off turn on ... and touch not work (can see on video) and when I want turn off the tablet it's not!! when I realease the power button automaticly turn on tablet and I can not go to boot menu for reset...
