So I flashed 6.4.7. completly except preloader of course, the lag is gone now.

I tried 6.4.7, but this is really laggy. Like the phones freezes for a second every minute at least. Doesn't matter if I look Youtube videos or just switching pages on my launcher. I tried to switch back to 6.1.21 by only flashing the system image. But that lead to errors (apps forced closing...
