I just flashed 8.2.1 xiaomi.eu rom to my MI2 after first flashing the official MIUI9 global rom (which unfortuantely is only in english and chinese). The 8.2.1 is the only one I found which is working (I think it was linked in another thread here which was already few years old). The MIUI9...
