Can I still install this update by fastboot or do I need to do it through TWRP and recovery?

Something must have happened to my TWRP, I downloaded the recovery update for my Poco F3 but when it rebooted it went to MIUI Recovery, not TWRP, not sure what happened. Can I still Fastboot update the phone or do I have to update by Recovery and TWRP only?

Ok great. I have TWRP installed but I still need to plug my phone into my pc and use command line to force the install? Where would I get the bat file? I have the latest xiaomi.eu rom img file downloaded. I should add, I already flashed xiaomi.eu, just an older version

Wondering if the latest android 12 weekly Xiaomi.eu version will eventually be OTA? Does anyone know a good step-by-step for fastboot installing the latest weekly release? Will fastboot installing the latest weekly erase my phone settings + apps? (id like to keep them) Thanks!

Trying to update weekly on my Poco F3. Updater sees the update but when I try to download, it fails. I downloaded the Poco F3 zip file onto the phone, then rebooted into TWRP, selected the zip and swiped to flash but an error came up and kicked me back to the main TWRP screen. The error...
