Clear Dalvik and Cache. I have no idea why it's necessary, but seems to fix that issue.

9t Pro, fingerprint scanner isn't working. It shows the animation as if it's reading, but doesn't unlock. Problem occurs in apps and lock screen. I'm not sure how to capture debug information that might help the devs on this one. Any thoughts?

Download the file directly from this site, then use the updater to select the upgrade from your download folder. It will do the rest just like normal.
