Yes I found the solution. The update changed my internet APN settings for this SIM card. The SIM card provider is only working with net APN, and the default was online apn. I dont understand the update why changed this settings?!

On Ishtar I used to 2SIM . After update, one of the mobildata usage is not possible. SIM 1 working, SIM2 not working. Before update all of them working very well. Here, where I live, I must use 2 SIM cards because some places other celullar provider working better. What can I do for testing...

Im on Ishtar 1.0.24.6.3 How about battery life in newer ROMs like this final ROM?

Use global ROM. Xiaomieu is for best who can and WANT TO live without google dialer and etc.

Optimized charging never worked for me on Ishtar.
