No, unfortunately. Xiaomi confirms that this is intended. On Aqara app it will behave as expected.

Do you have automations triggered by those sensors? You can set "Effective Period" (scroll all the way down on the automation sequence page) to only work within your specified times.

I dont' think you can disable the sensors. Why would you want to do that anyway?
