Problem Unlock Mi Note3 (error 10008)

Hello! I also have problem with binding the account by the Mi Unlock Status on the Mi Note 3 but I managed to bypass 10008 error by using PLEX VPN. Instead, it is now showing me error 86023 hardwareID. I can find the device logging to i.mi.com, yet I cannot unlock using Mi Unlock Tool...
