Mi3 does not have it. Bluetooth watch I own needs it to send me messages sms. I am told androids kitkat version has it. Anyone have a clue. I own an I'm watch. I can pair them. Use the watch via tethering them to phone from watch, get Facebook updates but the sms cannot be sent to cell...
