Same here on Mi6.

So far so good on my MI6 for half a day... Only saw once that my lockscreen background was shown again as home background, but no lag anymore! Fingers crossed!

Does not help unfortunately... There is only the option to clear cache, which is not sufficient...

Unfortunately not the launcher itself, as when using a launcher from the Play Store, the issue still persists... Notification drawer animations are very laggy as well here...

Rolled back to 20.2.27 on MI6, works like a charm. Had the feeling it started already in 20.3.5 for me. Unfortunately now the stock gallery app keeps crashing... Also reported the lag in the ROM to Xiaomi.

I think it's the launcher? Because once in a while, after unlocking, my lock screen background appears as my home screen background. After a few locks it's correct again...

Nice thanks, thank you! Fixed the problem here! Had to go to Settings -> Manage Apps --> Google Now Launcher --> Uninstall to be able to uninstall it, as it was "incompatible with your device" in the Play Store, thus the Uninstall button would't show there.

Same here. If I press the home button on MI6, I get this screen. When selecting System Launcher, I get flickering screen (flicker to split second background image, once every 5-10 seconds). Lock/password screen and such are working fine. As is the Google Now Launcher, but I don't like it. Any...
