No i have used the files from MIUI and with FASTBOOT mode. There is a file flash_all.sh for reset all on the phone with Usb connection without TRWP.

It's possible, because when yoy wipe all on the phone with TWRP and reinstall a Stock ROM from XIAOMI you have a MIUI9 and after you must make an update for MIUI10 (an half hour) and another for MIUI11.

Perhaps tout can try a reinstallation un fastboot mode with the miui Rom. I haved had this problem after i haved restored my system with TWRP all was blocked excepted Fastboot.

i have flash the original ROM, but i don't have re-install TWRP on the Phone. After a restore with TWRP at the end it was two checked box, i don't remember what were exactly. But after the recovery was TWRP on boot but blocked. I not sure but perhaps it is a problem with this ...
