Use SP Flashtool (link above) but with the fastboot Rom V7, NOT the v5. Download here the v7: http://en.miui.com/a-234.html . Check if the ROM file suffix is '.tgz'. If it is '.gz', please rename it to '.tgz'.

Redmi Note 3g: I follow the guide, I tryed installing 6.6.16 and 6.6.30, alway the same problem: the phone doesen't recognize both sim. It ask the pin, and after that MI message try to send activating sms on both sim, and nothing happen. Try many time, format phone, used SP Flashtool, clean...
